Cancellation & Refund Policy

All rides must be paid in full at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to your scheduled ride are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the ride are non-refundable.

If we need to cancel due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
